10-Day Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, which allows you to return your purchase within 10 days of receiving it.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@celvr.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item using our standard return process and then place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The items must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@celvr.com.
